Standard 'GV' brass gate valves have a
forged brass body to UN15705 and a red die cast handle. The stem seals are PTFE.
They are stocked with Bspt female x female threads.
'GV' brass gate valves are suitable
for PN20 at temperatures from -10OC to 100OC. They
are rated at 9 Bar for steam at 100OC.
The bodies are tested to 30 Bar and the seat is tested to 22 Bar.
'GV' brass gate valves can also be
supplied with Npt threads and they can be supplied lockable.
