Charges
All carriage is charged at cost. When we are responsible for
carriage, we reserve the right to choose the most appropriate
carrier for the consignment. Our standard carrier has reasonable
rates for most European and Scandinavian countries.
Alternatively, customers are encouraged to consider using their own
carriers as in many cases this can offer considerable savings. For
instance, give us your TNT account number and leave the rest to us.
VAT is deducted where appropriate for sales outside the EEC.
Please note that we have no minimum order value.
Where payment is made by Credit Card, the card will
only be actioned for items at the time that they are
despatched.
Delivery
We offer an efficient and reliable
order service. Orders are normally despatched within 48
hours and are sent by a standard road service.
Back
orders
If an ordered item is out of stock we offer
either a back order or a cancel option.
Returns policy
