Charges
Within the UK,
carriage costs are £12.50 for consignments under 30 Kgs. An
additional £12.50 will be charged for each additional box of
up to 30 Kgs. Where items are very small, we may send them by post,
unless another method is specifically requested.
Outside the UK, carriage is charged at cost.
VAT is deducted where appropriate for sales outside the EEC.
Please note that we have a minimum order value of £25.00 net.
Where payment is made by Credit Card, the card card will
be actioned on the day the goods are despatched.
Delivery
We offer an efficient and reliable order service. Stock items are
normally despatched within 24 hours and are sent by an overnight
service.
Back
orders
If an ordered item is out of stock we offer
either a back order or a cancel option.
Returns policy
We accept
returns of unwanted goods within 3 days of receipt providing the
packaging is unopened and the goods are received back in good
condition. At our discretion a handling fee may be charged based on
the original carriage and handling cost. Customers should always
contact the sales department before returning goods.
