A500, A501, A502, A503, A506 and A515:
Hand built chemical suction and discharge hose.

Sizes: 50mm to 915mm inside diameter

Lengths: Up to and including 300mm id - 19.5 metres long. 356mm id and above - 12 metres long.

Applications: 500 series hoses have been specifically designed to convey a wide range of chemicals and aggressive fluids for longperiods.

Lining: Smooth bore, mandrel built. See table below for options.

Reinforcement: Multiple layers of synthetic cord plus asingle steel helix, giving minimum 3.5:1 safety factor and a minimum bend radius of 6 x bore size.

Pressure: From 10 bars to -0.85 bars. Higher working pressuresare available.
Hose assemblies are tested on request.

Cover: See table below for options.

Couplings: The following types of coupling systems can be specified where the fluid cannot come into contact with any metal parts: Rubber lined, integrally flanged.

Alternatively, carbon steel or stainless steel fittings can be specified: Wired-in, strapped-in or built-in fittings.

Hose with the rubber lining through the fitting and over the flange face.
