Pellet Store Wall Pipes
Pellet Store Wall Pipes, manufactured in Aluminium to resist weather and corrosion, these pipes are used to pass through the pellet store wall. We stock the three basic pellet store wall pipes types shown below but others can be offered. Our standard stock items are described. For applications where a longer pellet store wall pipe is required please contact our sales office to discuss the exact requirement.
The Storz coupling is used by the delivery driver. His hose is connected using a spanner to lock the coupling and therefore the wall flange should be securely mounted on the outside wall using screws or Rawl bolts. The end inside the pellet store has a ‘pellet pipe flange’ which can be left ‘as is’ if no additional pipework is required. Alternatively, it can be used with the elbows or straight pipes which extend the point at which the pellets are ejected. These extension pipes are secured using clamps. A rubber seal should always be used to eliminate loss of air pressure.
This wall pipe can be used for a wall up to a maximum thickness of 350mm without making allowance for the pipe clamp.

This pellet store wall pipe can be used for a wall up to a maximum of 330mm without fouling the inner thread. It has 4" Bspp male threads at each end and is ideal for use with camlock fittings as they are not available with wood pellet flange system used on the straight pipes and elbows.
